JUSTIN HARRISON

I began coaching soccer for the sole purpose of being able to influence young athletes to become great people. As a coach, I am blessed with an opportunity to impact many kids and young adults through the sport that has given me so much. The game of soccer taught me many life lessons, gave me several life long friendships, and memories that last forever. These are all things I try to instill into every athlete who plays for me.
I am fiercely competitive and have been described as very passionate with my teams. I will pour the same passion I have for winning into the athletes I get the opportunity to work with. I believe if you are going to demand 110% from your athletes, as their coach you must give 110% to them. It isn’t just a team coaches are responsible for building, but a small community in which dedication, sacrifice, and hard work are common themes which every member demonstrates. When I look back at my coaching career I won’t measure my success from wins or losses. How many of my athletes left me as better people, students, spouses, employees, and leaders of our community is how I will measure my success.
